Planning was granted for the development of a 4,710 sq.m (50,700 sq.ft), 7-storey over basement, office building. 

The property overlooks Liberty Park, a unique 1 acre city centre park adjacent to Connolly Station (DART, LUAS, mainline rail services)

The property was sold off-market to a trade buyer with the benefit of the development consent.
