Arnaud Vanderbeken established Search 4 Alpha USA LLC. As Managing Director, he oversees the acquisition, financing and disposition of the company’s U.S. real estate assets and manages the daily operations of its local office.

Before Search 4 Alpha USA, Arnaud worked at SL Green Realty Corp. and in the Capital Markets team at Newmark Knight Frank.

The company’s U.S. activities include acquisition, financing, property improvements, asset management and disposition. Its completed investment track record includes retail and multifamily properties in Las Vegas, Nevada and Memphis, Tennessee.
